This license agreement covers use and distribution for all existing versions of "AGENT RANSACK".
1. David Vest, the author of "AGENT RANSACK", reserves all rights not expressly granted here.
2. David Vest exclusively owns all copyrights to "AGENT RANSACK" unless otherwise specified.
3. David Vest grants a FREE license for personal or corporate use of this software ("AGENT RANSACK"), however you are encouraged to register it, free of charge, by following the instructions in the About Box of "AGENT RANSACK".
4. David Vest grants non-profit distribution rights to any company/individual wishing to distribute, without charge, the COMPLETE "AGENT RANSACK" installation files. Any distribution MUST include ALL original files without modifications or additions.
5. Unless explicit permission is requested and granted by the author ("David Vest") "AGENT RANSACK" may not be distributed for profit in any form.
6. "AGENT RANSACK" IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE "AGENT RANSACK" AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

8. The terms of this license, as well as the "AGENT RANSACK" interface design are subject to change in future versions of "AGENT RANSACK".
9. When you register "AGENT RANSACK" the "Registration code" is being issued to you. This "Registration code" can ONLY be used by the person (or company) that requested it.
10. Installing and using "AGENT RANSACK" signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.
11. If you do not agree with the terms of this license or if the terms of this license contradict with your local laws, you must remove "AGENT RANSACK" files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
